Don't Let Your Treasured Memories Fade Away! Digitize Your Home Movies Today!
Remember those heartwarming family moments captured on VHS, VHS-C, Hi8, DVD, and MiniDV? Time can be tough on analog media—magnetic tapes degrade, shells become brittle, and tapes risk becoming unplayable.

Extended Tape Policy & Long-Play Fees
Base package pricing covers up to 2 hours of tape runtime that requires monitoring and review. Extended-play tapes (such as 4-hour or 6-hour EP/SLP VHS tapes) require additional real-time processing and manual oversight, even if the footage isn't fully digitized.
Total Tape Runtime Basic Package Standard Package
Up to 2 Hours $20 (Base) $25 (Base)
2 to 4 Hours $30 (Base + $10) $35 (Base + $10)
4 to 6 Hours $40 (Base + $20) $45 (Base + $20)
Additional Blocks: Each additional 2-hour block (or portion thereof) beyond the first 2 hours adds +$10 per tape to the digitization cost.
Blank Space: Pure blank tape space is automatically trimmed free of charge and does not count toward footage or monitoring time.
Mixed Media & Recorded TV Policy
Many home VHS tapes were used to record TV shows, movies, or sports over family memories. Tapes with mixed content require active bench time to inspect, monitor, and filter.
Family Footage Focus: We strictly digitize personal home recordings (family events, holidays, milestones). Commercial TV broadcasts, movies, and copyrighted programming are excluded from your final digital file.
Tapes with Digitized Family Footage: If family footage is found and digitized, standard digitization rates (including any applicable extended-length fees) apply.
Tapes with NO Family Footage (Screening Fee Only): If a tape contains only commercial TV recordings with no family video, a $10 Pre-Screening & Evaluation Fee applies for the first 2-hour block to cover review time. Each additional 2-hour block (or portion thereof) monitored adds +$5 (e.g., $20 total for a 6-hour tape with no home video). The tape is then returned without full conversion.
